Arlington, WA — Chelsea Sporkia has claimed her second Washington State USBC Queens Tournament title, winning the 2025 event held at Strikerz Bowling Center inside Angel of the Winds Casino Resort.
The tournament, organized by the Washington State USBC, featured 58 participants competing on what Tournament Director Sharron Wannamaker described as a “demanding condition.”
Wannamaker issued a statement on social media following the event:
“Congratulations to Chelsea Sporkia on winning the 2025 WA State Queens Tournament. Thank you to Strikerz at Angel of the Winds and the great staff for an excellent weekend. Thank you to the 58 lady bowlers who came out to bowl on a demanding condition.”
Sporkia also shared her reaction in a Facebook post, confirming this marks her second Washington State Queens title and fourth overall.
“WA Queens title #2, and overall #4,” she wrote. “Happy with my shot execution, ball choices, and moves throughout both days but especially today during matches. The Ion Max did most of the work, but the Attention Star S2 bailed me out in a big way when I needed it.”
Sporkia also thanked her support team, noting the assistance of Bill Machin in ball selection and adjustments, and expressed appreciation to the tournament organizers and Storm Bowling, her equipment brand sponsor.
